Pine floors

Debbie, I've had these floors in my house for 15 years.
Get used to the idea that soft floors will nick, dent,
and scratch regardless of the finish you choose.
And the more wear they get the better they look.
But it takes a while. I used Minwax Oil finish on
mine with good results. You can get it either Walnut or
clear. If you use the clear you can stain first to suit.
Once the floors get that old, worn look to them
they are a breeze to care for... since the "older"
and "worner" they get the better looking they get!
