I purchased a Pickering laminate floor about two years and that floor now has many chips in it. I contacted my local dealer, who installed and sold me the floor, and because they purchased the business from the people who sold me the floor, they are unable (unwilling?) to help me. The message above states that there is a lifetime warranty. Hmmm. . . what does that mean? The new owners of this business did make a phone call to Pickering and they were told that there is a lawsuit pending against the company. Can you give me some advice on how to proceed? Are you familiar with the lawsuit? Is there "someone" I can contact regarding the floor?
