If you happen to be posting w/your email address, there are WEB trawlers that search for email addresses. SPAMMERS and such are doing this all the time.
And when an email address is found, these programs IMMEDIATELY SPAM you w/junk!
It's best NOT to post w/an email address. But if you must, use a separate one that you can 'throw away' after its use.
