It stands up to traffic very well but not moisture, nor is it very easy to keep looking good. I speak from experience, this weekend am tearing out $1200 of Pergo that is only 2 years old. I laid it down myself, judiciously following all instructions and using their products. A couple of months later, I noticed many of the seams in my kitchen bubbling up. It grew far worse over the last 2 years with each top layer of laminate bubbling. After several battles with both the retailer and Pergo, they insist that this is not part of their warranty. This weekend, I am laying down hardwoods for 1/2 the cost and, frankly, they are easier to install. Also, I round my Pergo difficult to clean as it showed every mark of the mop and water spots. Hope this helps.
