Steve - I beg to disagree. The key isn't a paint dealer - it is fixing the moisture problem that is happening there.
Any paint - from anyone - will peel if moisture gets behind it - plain and simple - that is the way paint works.
Having said that - an alkyd paint - once it is cured (2-3 days) will be more resistant to moisture penetration than a latex.
One of those few times where an alkyd would be better.
