The easiest way of removing your poeeling paint especially if it is lead paint is to use the PEEL AWAY I product. It will remove the paint in one application and the system is always keeping the paint in a wet or damp state so there is no airborne lead dust. There is no reason to use a "lead Encapsulant" after stripping since you removed the problem. If you did it certainly will not cost $50 per gallon. Visit the web site for more info
