The Payne furance I have was installed June 2002. We have used it since october 2002. The problem is during use it will click and sound like the connection was lost for a second. This happens through out the time the heater is running. It is annoying and obviously wrong.
I unfornuately had it installed by an independent who has a bad attitude. Since he purchased the furnance, he is the only one who can benefit from the warranty. Hence, I am being held hostage as I am unable to get help from another more pleasent furance tech, I have to use the one who is rude and downright mean when I call.
Any suggestions on how I can get ahold of my warranty so I have the freedom to find a friendly technician? Also, anyone having the same problems with your Payne furance?
