WE HAVE A PAYNE PLUS 90 FURNACE THAT IS 12 YEARS OLD. OCCASIONALLY IT WILL NOT START UP WHEN HEAT IS CALLED FOR. REPAIRMAN HAS REPLACED FUSEDSWITCH,THERMOSTAT,SWITCH,CIRCUITBOARD AND CAPACITATOR. BUT STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALL THE TIME. CALLS TO COMPANY HELPLINE SUGGESTED PUTTING NICKEL ON TOP OF AIR INTAKE FILTER TO BAFFLE COLD AIR. THIS DIDN'T WORK EITHER. HAS ANYONE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM YET?
