well, if YOU papered the wall, you should know what's under the paper...if you used wallpaper primer, it will come off fairly easily!! If the wall was previously painted, again, it will come off nicely, if however, the wall was neither painted, nor primed with a wallpaper primer..then you have problems!!! First get a paper tiger...a handy little tool that perforates the paper for easier removal ...then if you can't find a premixed remover solution, try a tablespoon of fabric softener in a spray bottle....thoroughly wet the paper after perforating, then wait oh...20 minutes, then try peeling a strip off...may need more spray, may need more time, but it should do the trick.
