Hey sounds like you either didn't use the correct primer or didn't prepare properly (sand &/or clean).

Make sure next time you use a specialy primer like Glidden Ultra-Hide Gripper of B-I-N 123. They stick really well to panelling.

Also, make sure you wipe the panelling with alcohol - it will remove any oil or grease (some people use furniture polish on that panelling - it is hard to remove)

As for what to do now - you might try just getting it wet with a little ammonia and water - and trying to wash it off with a scotchbrite pad.

You want to be careful sanding - you can sand right throught the color layer - it is very thin.

Either way - if what you have on there isn't stuck - don't put anything else over it - it will come off too.
