Painting Louvered Shutters

I have painted both ways, sprayers and brush. I used a cheap Wagner paint sprayer and got real good results. I think the spayer gives a you a better looking job overall.

If the weather is good you can spray them outdoors, I don't recomend doing it in the house because of the overspray. Too avoid runs, spray several light coats.

last winter I painted several doors with a brush. It takes about 30 minutes per side to paint. I like to brush one side and let dry overnight before painting the others side.
