I was painting when it was damp. It's all dried out and ready to paint over now. My question is do I have a valid complaint with a product that ran and dripped because of the dewpoint. I had read the label. I knew there was a 4 hour drying time at 77 degrees and 50 percent humidity. I was willing to live with the drying time being longer. Am I justified in being upset with a product that ran and dripped rather than just taking a long time to dry?
All I'm looking for is another gallon of paint having already committed to this color and course of action. Bad enough that I've demonstrated my ignorance by painting when the air was damp. Don't want to compound my apparent stupidity by being unreasonable.
