We have just finished painting our living room and painted the crown moulding a dark green. We have tried everything but cannot get an absolutely straight line underneath the moulding. The moulding doesn't have much of an "under lip" so getting the paint on the lip and keeping it off of the wall has been very difficult. The small "under lip" also has bits of texture on it from mistakes made from a previous texturing job. Can you recommend ANY type of tool, technique, brush style or whatever so that we can get a nice straight even edge? The moulding is forest green and the walls are light yellow so the mistakes stand out like a sore thumb and ruin the paint job in the rest of the room. Any help you can give will be tremendously appreciated.
