Chemical washing is not really a D.I.Y. job when it comes to houses, time to call in the pros.
If you want to power strip the paint off you can rent or purchase (another excuse to buy a power tool!) a striping tool made by Porter-Cable.
Use EXTREME CAUTION as it is a sure bet that there is LEAD in the paint. Cover the ground around the house. Do every thing you can to contain the dust and keep it cleaned up. Wear a respriator and gloves. Keep the kids inside or away from the house as you work, do not let them help.
