bonding isnt the problem. interior paints are not designed to weather as well as exterior, and often use pigments (esp. yellows) that will not hold up in sunlight. and by the way, many exterior paints contain mildewcides and sometimes insecticides that make them unsuitable for interior use.
Any competent paint store can match any color, with rare exceptions that usually pertain only to a specific product. If your store cant do it, try somewhere else.
