Outside air

For what it's worth, I have outside air ducted to the return air furnace plentum of my furnace and it cut down considerably on the amount of condensation on the inside of my windows. I have about a 35 year old ranch style house. For the ducting, I ran the plastic ducting that use to be common for dryer vents and put in a gate valve to keep out the critters in the summertime.

I used to have so much condensation that we could not open the sliding glass patio door every time we had a heavy cold spell. Since I installed the vent, we have not had a problem.
