Open opposite side of fireplace with "sealed glass"

Posted by jim kennedy on November 16th, 2001 11:45 AM

I am adding a room to the back of the house. The fire
place faces what is now inside, but I would like to see the fire from the opposite side. Can a hole be cut into the outside brick and sealed with tempered glass so I can at least see the fire from the new & added room? If so, how?

Thanks!

Jim K
