that I can think of, Steve, is that you probably do not need to drill weep holes inside; most glider-type windows have these already leading to the outside. Check before adding them unnecessarily. Also, I would caulk ALL the grout joints on the "shelf" area of the window sill, rather than using grout. Grout does absorb water.
