Olive Oil rub down......

Olive oil rub down periodically is the best thing to use. It is not a chemical so if you decide to use it for food purposes, the residue will not hurt you. It does a very good job of maintaining richness and depth.

Tounge Oil is great, but not good if you decide to chop up a head of lettuce on it.
