There is no "easy" way. Even with a jack hammer it can be hard depending on how it is installed.

The tile usually comes up problem free. Its the thinset mortar that is so hard to come up.

Instead you might wish to install some hardibacker or concrete backerboard over your floor with thinset mortar and install tile over that. See: http://www.usgcorp.com/diycb/diycb2.htm
