I am replace a 45 years toilet. The original broken flange was 10" rough-in with cast iron waste pipe. Since most of the better 1.6 gpf pressure assis toilet models are having a 12" rough-in, I am being force to change the rough-in to 12" by my wife (the oild flange was borken anyway). My questions are:
1. Is OK to use an adjustable closet flange to off set 2" difference without problems in the future?
2. How can I fit the PVA or ABS flange to the 3" cast iron drain pipe?
Please help!!!!!!!!
