why do you have a heating duct blowing warm expensive air into a crawlspace? This could be your problem. I interpret a crawl space as the unused space between the flooring of the home and the earth. To prevent mold and humidity this space should be kept as close to the outside conditions as possible. If its warmer than outside or cooler than outside, water, humidity, and mold will grow and accumulate.
