All I am saying is you are not lying if you don't know. Not all flooring/glue had asbestos in it. You don't have to tell the person that the current flooring or the covered over flooring 'may' have asbestos in it because in the past it was used for this purpose.
You don't need to tell me about water problems and sellers lying. I had a worse situation then that. A situation that is going to cost a hell of a lot of money to fix. I am not telling anyone to lie. I would never lie on a disclosure or recommend that anyone would.
However, as a buyer you should know certain things about what you are looking at. For instance, flooring in the past has had asbestos in it.
No lies, no conscience problems. It isn't your job as a seller to make the buyer knowledgable of past manufacturing issues.
