I paid nearly $20,000 on ray-o-max....Stay away from them. The made a shamble of my house, the salesman lied through his teeth (a real slimeball). The cold comes in through every corner joint of the window, stops, and shashes. Yes it looks good on paper, but they are no better than our old aluminum windows. We had a marginal improvement in heating costs. It was certainly not worth it. Their spokesman gave us all the sales speel and left us feeling stupid. There wood looks good but their PVC shrinks and cracks all over. All they have done is come out and touch up with liquid weld. Big deal. Buy something else.
