You need to remove all the loose tiles and damp
or wet drywall. Then replace the drywall with
the identical thickness. Then you will need find
identical tiles and then bond them in and grout
them. There are a bunch of little details to go
with this, so you might try asking a knowledgeable
friend or tile person for help, or getting home
depot book for help. They will also tell you what
tools you will need--a few simple things. There is
no easier or less expensive solution. You can
temporarily line the tile walls with shower
curtain material to stop the leaking, but the
areas compromised by wetness eventually need to go.
