Hi Mike,

... That I'm aware of. I will say that you might want to check that it's in balance. It may be wobbling a little, just enough to 'tear' the grass and not mulch it. To test this, remove the blade and let it balance-out on a pen, or a screwdriver, or something. If it begins to 'spin', then it's out of balance. With your hand, position the blade 90 degrees to what you tested it at the first time. Again, if it doesn't spin out, it's in balance. If it does, then it's obviously out of balance (and MAY be the cause of your problem.)

Is it possible you put the blade on upside down??? (Lay the blade on the ground with the ground-side UP. THAT'S how it should be replace on the upright mower.)
