No caulk on modern windows.

No caulk should be needed on a modern picture window. If you made the window yourself with wooden stops, it would have been good to caulk between the glass and frame, prior to putting the stops down. i.e. spacers, glass, caulk, immediately apply stops (to avoid carving any squeeze out)
