Hi Paul,

Just because I or anyone hasn't used it doesn't mean it won't work in your situation.

What you should do is get some Brochures that explain how it works. Then, 'talk' to AmericanWick and see if it will fit YOUR situation. I did read a little about it but w/o knowing and/or seeing the particulars of your home, I can't say from here if it looks good enough to work. THe bottom line with drainage systems is this: 1) Where does the water go once it's 'collected'? And 2) Wherever it goes, will it 'back up' or cause OTHER problems. Just be sure the water has a place to go AND that it CONTINUES to go.
