2 guys a day per room is a good budget estimate. Billing out an electrical work varies from area to area, and of course what kind of animal it is. Phone around and get a few quotes.

Plan it first too, decide what you want where. Draw your floor plan and consider also running your cable, phone, security or speaker wires at the same time.

I've done a few of my houses myself and the best stratagy is usually to run new wiring to new outlets, rather than new wiring along existing paths to existing outlets. (although I did my friends house down the street and we got lucky in most of the walls.) Some outlets will be best accessed from below the floor, and some will be best accessed from above the ceiling. It will be messy. There will be holes in the walls.
