You got 48 hours to dry without mold growth. In wet climates this requires powerful dehumidifiers and lots of fans. If you dry it throughly most items need not be replace. Even dry wall canbe saved. Check the relative humidity with good meter from Radio Shack or Wal-Mat. It should be less than 40% relative. If not continue drying until dry.
