new gas furnace

In reply to replacing a 13 yeard old trane furnace by mike misleh on January 3rd, 2003 05:01 PM [Go to top of thread]

the furnace in my home is 32 years old, still running well, no problems, but I know it's near its lifespan and not all that efficient. I plan to have a new one installed.
What is the best natural gas furnace to buy? There are so many brands, etc. What are the best features to look for?
What other parts should be looked at (duct work, piping, connections, etc.)?
Thank you in advance
