I'm getting ready to sell my condo and i'm gonna put a laminate down. I did a laminate before that i had to adhere to the floor. Now i'm gonna put down a floating floor. My question is, do i need to put down an underlayment, or will the naked concrete be fine. Also, what about dips, cracks, or holes in the concrete?
What kind of filler do i use to fill the cracks and such? The hole process appears very easy, but i want to do it the right way. i would appreciate any guidance you can give me.
