jb is right osb does stand up better than standard plywood but in most areas the waxy side should be laid down and is the under side of the floor but as long as it dosent collect water for a long period of time you should be allright but if it is going to be uncovered from the rain for a extended period of time you should cover it with a poly plastic sheating
