Less than 4 month old, new wood kitchecn cabinet doors are warping and doors have corner joint cracks. The most frequently used doors have the most noticeable separation. Since this has started in November, well ahead of the winter season dryness we are quite concerned. The cabinet manufacturer and our kitchen contracter is not responding to requests to fix the doors. Beyond the cosmetic issues, we are concerned that there may be a underlying design and/or construction problem that will lead to the door frames failing completely. This is a reasonably end cabinet manufacturer, Thomas Wood of Penn. and Timeless Design of Duxbury Mass.
