We've spent $'s and time trying to get ours fixed too. All the same problems -- moldy gasket, control board died, door lock switch, shuts itself off constantly in the middle of cylce, and standing water accumulates in drum after running. That was fixed once and now is doing it again. I fully expect to come home someday and find my cats swimming for their lives as the Neptune will have flooded the house. Its like something out of a horror movie. NEVER AGAIN!!!
