I know where you can find some up-dated Victorian house plans taken straight from Bicknell and from photos of San Francisco houses. Our company is called Historical Replications, and we have just gone on-line at; two of our six catalogs can now be viewed there. Also, our Classic Cottages can be seen at, and it has some San Francisco row houses that have up-dated floor plans. We can adapt them in any way you wish. We have hundreds of photos of San Francisco houses and every book that we could find on San Francisco architecture; we love the facades and they are so much fun to work with.
