Need offset screwdriver shorter than 3/4" Does it exist?

Please let me know if any of you know where I can get an offset screwdriver short enough to clear a total rough opening of 3/4" and maneuver to loosen the Phillips screw enough so that I can continue removing them by hand as the screwdriver no longer fits with the added length of the screw. I need to replace the existing ("EntryGard - Truth" brand) mechanical hardware operator that opens a casement window. The manufacturer built it in such a way that the only way to replace the casement operator is by removing the window molding, which in this case may cause more damage than good. The manufacturer installed the hardware to open the casement window first and then on top they installed the molding. And the space between the place where the screws are and the bottom of the molding is only 3/4". I hope we can find a screwdriver that would fit in that small area. I would appreciate your help.
