I BOUGHT A NEPTUNE TOP OF THE LINE WASHER & DRYER A FEW MONTHS BACK FROM SEARS LOCATION IN MERCED, CA. 95340. MY WASHER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT IS VERY LOAD AT TIMES OF OPERATION AND APPEARS TO HAVE BURNT UP CAUSING MY INNER DOOR TO MELT AND DAMAGE TO MY CLOTHING CAN I GET A RESPONSE FROM YOU ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING MY LOCAL BRANCH I AM ONLY ABLE TO SPEAK TO A RECORDING IT SEEMS & I HAVE NOT RECIEVED NO RESPONSE TO MY LAST E- MAIL PREVIOUSLY SENT TO SEARS.
