I wonít be contacting anyone if I get a tracking number tomorrow Ö. Unless the floor doesnít arrive as promised, isnít what I ordered after thorough measurement and inspection. Or if you send me $7,500.00 with a Tracking number for the envelope.
Otherwise Iíll be talking to the Secret Service, the FBI, the Attorney General, my congressman, your congressman/woman, the Attorney General of Georgia, the Attorney General of Texas, every newspaper I can think of, every attorney in Atlanta so they become aware of whatís happening at your place of business, your state legislatures, the Internet Fraud Center, and Better Business Bureau.
Iím not one in a thousand, Neal Ö Blaming your own companyís inadequacies on me again isnít goanna work Ö Although your company wasnít inadequate in my opinion during the first order Ö merely the freight company whom refused to give a delivery time Ö and whom I had to file a complaint with for inadequate communication Ö
I donít see why you canít just FEDEX me a check. You should put me in front of your Paul list Ö. And move me off your Peter list.
Itís best not to have Peterís as angry as me. I will find someone to conduct an investigation.
My instincts and judgment tell me that you have no intention of delivering me the promised floor tomorrow.
I doubt you plan to inform me of the freight company as the law requires Ö or of the tracking number in a timely manner Ö youíve got some trick planned up your sleeve Ö I am sure.
It doesnít matter anyways Ö my order is CANCELLED and has been CANCELLED since DECEMBER 12TH 2003. Your refusal to CANCEL it does not obligate me to RESCIND the cancellation unless I choose to.
I have given you the conditions under which Iíd rescind the cancellation Ö. You have yet to meet them. I am happy to rescind my cancellation if you do.
Also, you still have CORK to deliver, if 6mm CORK is not on that truck as well then youíll still have to deliver that.

David, as I mentioned the gent you want to be in contact with is Mr. Nowicki. He runs the office I believe in Atlanta. There are no secrets, David. The fact that we sat across the table from these folks who did not truly understand what it was we did, or the settlement in NY, understood clearly that we were paying about $300,000 a year into a fund that was essentially voluntary.
These people meet a lot of merchants David, and maybe one in a thousand, if that has both the instinct and the wherwithal to sort out over $500,000 in consumer deposit obligations. That to them is not exactly the behavior of a man who is cheating folks.
It is all summed up David, in notes from your order of August of 01. Eric Martin was in charge of CS then, one of the finest men I know. I never saw negative notes on a consumer. One in a thousand. The notes he made regarding your behavior, David, and your treatment of him, were startling. You were shipped dead on time. You were shipped a product that is beyond comparison in quality to any thing in the marketplace. You saved 50%. Yet you could not or would not accomodate a national trucking companies request to be at your home during the day hours.
I truly wish I had seen those notes prior to accepting this order recently David.
I will ship your flooring tomorrow, David. Freight Collect. You will need to be there during working hours, and you will need to unload the truck. The driver is not required to assist, and I will point blank indicate that on the bill of lading I will personaly prepare tomorrow.
I have adjusted your letter so that the facts are accurate, and that way you might avoid saying something untrue, or inaccurate with no defense.
When your flooring ships tomorrow, David, other than to ask for us to reimburse you the freight in the near future, (say in less than 90 days) I see no reason for further contact.
