Neal Martin at Beaverfloor.com is a sociopathic scumbag who will get your money and then never ship you any product nor will he ever give you a refund.

He's probably now operating out of a clandestine location that may or may not be in New York or Georgia.

Contact either of those guys and you won't get very far either. If they aren't in an interstate conspiracy with him, then they aren't exactly expediting refunds for product that was never delivered.

The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). They are going after Martin on criminal charges.

The Attorney General in New York charged Martin, so now he just moved his "business" to Georgia.
