I just sunk a nail thru a water pipe & had to shut down the water in the house. The problem I have is what is a good tool to cut thru the pipe if my pipe cutter can't cut it because it can't rotate around it? Can't I use a dremmel w/cutter at the end? Please respond soon as my toilet only has one flush left:) I'm waiting for my plumber to get me a call back, but in case he has plans I need a back up. Thanks. Scott
