But you said that you did. If the bubbles are still there, and its sheet vinyl you can try several things. set a bag of ice on the biggest bubbles and that should work or get a sewing needle and puncture the bubbles and then again roll the air out.

If its square vinyl, then lift each one up and reinstall. You might have to reinstall with new squares depending on the stickyness of the tiles.

To find the air bubbles you almost have to lay your head on the floor and look sideways.
