We are alos having sediment problems so I wasn't sure if that had something to do with the problem. I guess not.
Anyway, I had a repair man out. He said we would need a new clutch. Since, I can't do the work myself, he gave me a $200 estimate. I don't think we'll get it fixed since we can get a new one for just a little more.
Incidentally, I did watch the entire cycle many times. Would you believe it! It always seems to work fine whenever I watch. It only seems to act up when I don't watch. Figures. Let me know if you discover anything else that works. As a bandaid, I was just running the rinse cycle a sencond time to dry the clothes when it doesn't work. But, I know this won't last forever.
