This is from the file of "Not my strongest suit". I'm hoping that someone else will throw their hat in on this.
I've never heard of this stuff, so I did some research. As near as I can tell, this is a solid surface countertop much like Corian or Wilsonart. If you intend to do-it-youself, you may be in for a challenge. Other companies that manufacture solid surface countertops will only sell supplies for that purpose to contractors who are licenced for these products. The reason for this is that they are difficult to seam and mistakes are very costly.
The only catch I can see is finding a contractor who is licenced to work with this stuff and how much will heshe charge you compared to someone who works with the more common materials. Other than that, I think it's an ideal surface for a kitchen counter.
