Stephanie-I've been a mudjacking contractor for 18 years. Generally, although you can find sources to rent mudjacking equipment, it is usually very outdated equipment. Also, the cost of all the equipment (on a rental basis for one job) probably far exceeds the cost of hiring a local reputable experienced contractor. A general rule of thumb regarding cost factors is approximately 1/4 to 1/5 the cost of replacement. Our jobs are usually in the $300 to $500 range. Hope this helps.
