Mount a regular stool on the angle

You may need to purchase an adapter ring for your toilet, and there are some metal ones that spin 360*, but you should be able to mount just about any toilet on a 45* or any other, as long as you pick a tank with the right clearance for the wall. You could also consider a wall mount tank with a brass standpipe (antique style with the pull chain) or a water fed toilet that flushes on pressure only with no reserve tank. In basements with high sewer levels, I have used wall mount toilets with success as well.

Hope this helps, consider calling some of the plumbing supply companies like american standard or kohler.

Good luck!
