** {Kenmore washer] model number 110.82873120 **

** when it got to the spin level, it would stop for a while and then, it would start up again. **

That could be caused by the motor overheating and cutting out on its internal overload protector.

** I was told it was the timer. **

Without anyone actually checking the machine out?

** I replaced the timer and now, it only pours water and it won't stop. **

Does it overflow??

** It will also cut off the circuit breaker. **

When *exactly*?

If when the motor should be operating, that may be a sign of a motor problem. Otherwise there may be a short in the appliance's wiring somewhere.
