My dryer recently "died", and after doing some research and following step by step instructions, I have determined that the motor is burnt out. Before I call a repair man and have to shell out some major bucks for this, I am wondering if I would be able to replace the motor myself? It doesn't look like it would be that difficult to replace, providing I can get my hands on a repair manual. Does anyone have any thoughts on this that they wouldn't mind sharing? Should I try to fix this myself, or go ahead and let an experienced person handle it? Thanks!!
