1) As long as the OSB is approved for subfloor use, and 2) your warranty says you can use it, then you should be fine.

If you're installing over a damp or potentially damp 'space', like a crawlspace or a garage or concrete, check the warranty. If it's not clear, contact the manufacturer. Write down their name or save the e-mail if you do it that way.
