I would reccomend a solution of bleach and water to be applied to the roof via a weed and feed container. I have heard of this working well, so long as you do not have too strong of a bleach solution.
Be careful with your surrounding and other houshold items that might be in the path of the bleach solution.
This should probably be done twice during the year.
Remeber that prepartion of the growing moss areas need to be considered. Remove them with either a five and one scraper tool or another type of scraper, then use the solution.
